Abstract Submission

Each participant is limited to ONE abstract submission as the presenting author but may co-author other papers.

All abstracts submitted online will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee.

Abstracts should be submitted via the on-line submission system only; abstracts submitted by fax or email will not be reviewed.

Abstracts must be received by the announced deadline. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.

All abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication.

The content of the abstract should not have been previously published or presented at national or international meetings prior to this conference and should report original research.

To correct an abstract that has already been submitted or to submit another abstract, please use the log-in and password which you received when you submitted your original abstract. This will enable you to access the previously submitted abstract/s or to submit an additional abstract/s.

The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract.

After your abstract is submitted, you will be sent an automatic e-mail confirming your successful submission. If you do not receive this confirmation e-mail, please contact the Congress Secretariat at

Submission Guidelines

Requested presentation type:

Abstract title:In bold, maximum 20 words. Capitalize first word with the exception of transition words and proper nouns only. Avoid use of abbreviations.

Abstract body: The Abstract body should be no longer than 250 words in total

Before you submit your abstract please make sure that the entire contents of the final abstract fit within an A4 page with 2.64 cm (1 inch) margins all round with line spacing 1.15 (18 pt) and Times New Roman 12 point.

No header or footer.

Tables / figures One table or figure (optional), Images, tables, etc., must be uploaded as JPG, GIF or PNG..

Please structure your abstract as instructed below:

Should comprise a background and objectives, brief methodology, results and conclusions. Corresponding author e mail address should be included at the bottom of the abstract. All units should be as SI units.

No references.

Acknowledgements: (if any) should be limited to sources of funding. Eg: Financial assistance by …. Research grant (number) in font size 10.

Ethics clearance: for human or animal studies, please indicate if ethical approval was obtained and from where in font size 10

Keywords: provide 3- 5 key words


Only accepted abstracts of fully registered and paid presenters will be included in the final scientific programme. The presenting author is expected to attend the Congress and present his/her oral or poster presentation.

Presenters are requested to settle their registration payment by Thursday, March 30, 2020.
